5Love This Product But Be Aware
By K. T.
After reading the other reviews I decided to order the 8 oz. bottle to help my sinus infection and was pleased with the reults.
I also ordered Dr. Morton Walker’s book, Nature’s Antibiotic, Olive Leaf Extract. When I learned of all the many health benefits of olive leaf extract I decided to subscribe to the monthly delivery from Amazon.
I love this product but be aware that if you decide to take it at the recommended daily dose of 1 tablespoon, the 8 ounce bottle is only 13 doses and the 16 ounce bottle is only 26 which is not enough to take daily for the entire month.

5SUPERFOOD HEALTH TONIC!!!
By Al Khem “Alice”
Yes, I admit, the very first time I used this product I realized it might take me a day or two to get used to the taste- and I’m also mixing in 1 serving of Barlean’s Organic Oils Barlean’s Berry Greens, 9.4-Ounce Bottle as well. I use a bit of juice but water it down, just enough to add extra flavor (8 oz. of fluid, total), and 2 pure Stevia packets, mix very well, add ice, mix again, and drink it with a straw. Today, I am on day 3 and SO IMPRESSED with the results… SO MUCH energy, I just feel GOOD, my eyes are clear and sparking, NO JOINT PAIN (previously hurt in just about every joint- spine, hips, knees, fingers, wrists, feet). I have chronic Lyme disease, and with my most recent tick bite a little over 3 weeks ago, my left foot hurt so bad I could hardly walk. My knees hurt so bad by the time I walked up to the mall from having to park in the back of the lot, I had to stop and turn back around and go back to the car (with several stops in between). Between this product and the BBG, I feel like a new woman and know that I am quickly on the road to recovery and feeling better than I ever have before. :) Yay!!!

5Excellent product
By G. Toth
It is an excellent product for sore throat, colds, head cold. Better then any pharmaceutical product. You just tak it as you would antibiotics, for example for 5 days and it does its magic. For children and adults as well. I prefer it better then antibiotics, since it doesn’t destroy anything in your immune system or intestines. My kids in the past 2 years (age 5 and 6 now) haven’t had anything for any kind of illness but this and some Ibuprofen.

5Nice Addition to Any Cookbook Collection
By Lisa Stroud
What wonderful stories and recipes to celebrate the food and farmers of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia and North Carolina. I liked mine so much that I bought a dozen more copies for friends and family. Get your hands on a copy and have some fun in the kitchen with a foodie dedicated to promoting the local culinary finds of the Blue Ridge.

5Elizabeth Wiegand does it again!
By Ellen
Elizabeth Wiegand has produced another locally significant cook book full of recipes and stories from North Carolina – first the coast and now the mountains. She has uncovered recipes treasured by local families in both areas and brought them to life with interviews and photos. I have enjoyed cooking many of her selections and found them easy to follow and fun to introduce to my dinner guests. Also, as a previous review said, I have bought numerous copies for friends and family and they all love them. The South is an amalgam of many styles and tastes and Elizabeth has done a wonderful job of introducing variations to us. I highly recommend her books.

5Southern Comfort
By Missy
Wow! This is a Southern cook’s cookbook for Southern cooks! Blue Ridge down the spine. There is nothing better than than the recipes for Sweet Potato biscuits and Apple Pie. Dig deeper into this cookbook and you will find all those comfort foods that put you right back at your Mama’s table. One great example is the Free Range Chicken “Piccata Style”; another, the Cassoulet. The recipes in this cookbook are updated, to be sure. I am loving the references to local growers along the Blue Ridge. Check them out. All of these recipes can be adapted to any reader’s own area, letting you eat out of your own backyard or your local farmers market.
